With a strong foundation in construction project management, I bring a unique blend of precision, attention to detail, and strategic thinking to the world of medical aesthetics. I became a full-time part of Skin Boutique in 2012, after watching my wife build the business from the ground up since 2005. Since then, I’ve worked closely with her to grow and evolve the business, ensuring that every client experience is as seamless and rewarding as possible.
My background in managing large-scale projects has given me an excellent ability to oversee complex operations, manage teams, and ensure that we provide our clients with exceptional service. I’m passionate about both the beauty and wellness industries, and I strive to ensure that our medical spa continues to set the bar for excellence.

With over 15 years of experience specializing in cosmetic injectables, Kelly is a highly respected registered nurse known for her gentle, conservative approach. She is deeply committed to providing honest, personalized advice and takes the time to thoroughly consult with each client to create tailored treatment plans.
Kelly is passionate about helping clients achieve natural-looking facial rejuvenation through subtle, progressive results. Her approach emphasizes prevention, maintenance, and enhancement — always prioritizing client education to ensure realistic expectations and long-term satisfaction.
Her expertise includes the use of neuromodulators such as Dysport and Botox to soften fine lines, slow the formation of wrinkles, and address facial asymmetry. For regenerative enhancement, Kelly also offers advanced treatments like Sculptra and EZ Gel Bio Filler, both of which promote collagen stimulation and restore volume — all delivered with exceptional precision and care to support overall facial harmony.

She has practiced in California and Scottsdale, AZ. earning a reputation for her gentle touch, clinical precision, and honest, individualized approach. Diane is committed to recommending only the most appropriate and effective treatments, always tailored to each client’s unique aesthetic goals.
She offers a comprehensive range of advanced aesthetic treatments and specializes in facial balancing, Sculptra for the face and body, EZGel Bio Filler, PRF for the under-eye area, PRP hair restoration, as well as the Lip Pop & Lip Flip techniques. She offers sclerotherapy for the treatment of spider veins and has extensive experience in PDO threads. Whether restoring volume, improving skin texture, or enhancing facial harmony, Diane focuses on achieving natural-looking, refined results.
Known for her integrity, Diane provides honest, realistic guidance—and will always advise when a client is unlikely to benefit from a particular treatment. Her goal is to deliver results that are safe, effective, and truly suited to each individual.

As a licensed aesthetician, she brings both personal experience and professional expertise to every treatment, helping clients feel confident and radiant at every age.
Specializing in correcting signs of aging and supporting long-term skin vitality, Mesha takes a results-driven yet compassionate approach. Having received advanced training in microneedling and laser therapies, she expertly addresses concerns such as fine lines, texture irregularities, pigmentation, and collagen loss—helping clients achieve smoother, firmer, and more luminous skin.
Blending science with a deeply personalized touch, Mesha believes that aging gracefully means supporting the skin’s natural functions with the right treatments, products, and care. Known for her gentle approach and genuine connection with clients, Mesha creates a comfortable, educational environment where every visit feels like an investment in lasting beauty and confidence.

Jordyn is a passionate and experienced medical aesthetician with over 10 years in the industry. She began her career earning an associate’s degree in Business Management from Concordia University Ann Arbor before obtaining her aesthetics license through L’esprit Academy. Since then, she’s continued to expand her education with advanced certifications in a wide range of medical-grade treatments and devices.
Having personally struggled with acne and melasma, Jordyn found her passion for skincare through her own journey to clear, healthy skin. She specializes in corrective treatments such as CO2 laser resurfacing and BBL (BroadBand Light) therapy for pigmentation, and she’s known for her attention to detail and customized treatment plans that help clients achieve lasting results.
Outside of the treatment room, she loves to hang out with her husband and two busy toddler boys and love on her dog.

Taylor brings over a decade of experience in dermatology, having earned her Esthetician license from the Michigan College of Beauty. She is passionate about helping others feel confident and empowered through customized treatments and effective skincare routines. Taylor holds certifications in a variety of advanced medical devices and is committed to ongoing education to stay current in the ever-evolving field of esthetics.
Outside of work, Taylor enjoys photography and cherishes time with her husband & three children.

Silvana is a proud Michigan native with over 15 years of experience as a professional Electrologist. She began her career in the beauty industry as a manicurist, later discovering her true calling in electrolysis while studying at Sally Esser Cosmetology. Since then, she hasn’t looked back.
Her passion for electrolysis is rooted in its life-changing, permanent results.
“Most of my clients have tried everything else without success,” Silvana explains. “When they start to see the lasting difference electrolysis makes, they’re so grateful they gave it a chance. It’s incredibly fulfilling to help people feel confident and comfortable in their own skin.”
Silvana lives with her two daughters and cherishes the balance between her family life and the meaningful work she loves.

Originally from St. Petersburg, Russia, Yelena began her education there before moving to the United States to advance her career in cosmetology. She attended the Michigan College of Beauty, where she mastered professional waxing techniques and refined her manicure and pedicure skills.
With nearly 20 years of experience in the beauty industry, Yelena has built a thriving career serving clients throughout metropolitan Detroit. Her expertise spans waxing, classic manicures and pedicures, and shellac polish applications. Known for her meticulous attention to detail and personalized approach, Yelena takes pride in helping each client feel confident and uniquely beautiful.
Outside of work, Yelena cherishes time with her daughter and the close-knit “family” she’s built among her loyal clients and friends.

Brenda focuses on efficient client flow and maintaining the highest standards of service. Passionate about helping clients enhance their well-being and confidence, she takes pride in creating a welcoming and results-driven experience.
